clients are responsible for a 50% non-refundable deposit for
the project to even be started. when selecting your product,
you can pay the deposit there, or pay in full.

payment terms
the current turnaround time for most projects is 3-5 business days. for bigger projects, this may result in increased turnaround time. for those who need expedited services, a rush fee will be added to your initial invoice.

revisions
turnaround time
to ensure satisfaction, please be as detailed as possible with information regarding your project. all projects include up to two revisions, at no additional charges. additional revisions will incur a $25 fee per revisions. furthermore, if revisions are considered to be substantial, where the original design is "heavily modified," a new design must be purchased.
project completion
upon completion and client approval, a final invoice will be sent, if not already paid in full. this must be paid in full before any designs are released.
